Job Position: Business Development Manager

Job Location: Lagos

Job Responsibilities

  2. Conduct market research and analysis to understand industry trends and customer needs.
  3. Develop and implement strategic plans to expand the company’s customer base and revenue streams.
  4. Build and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and key decision-makers.
  5. Lead negotiations and contract discussions to secure new business deals.
  6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions and value propositions.
  7. Track and report on sales metrics and KPIs to measure performance and identify areas for improvement.
  8. Stay updated on industry developments and competitive landscape to inform business strategies.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • 2 years of experience in business development or sales roles.
  • Proven track record of successfully identifying and closing business opportunities.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
