Job Position: Business Development Manager
Location: Ikoyi, Lagos

Job Description

The potential candidate will ensure that project timelines are met while identifying and pursuing new business opportunities and will bridge internal execution and external growth.

This role requires a proactive professional who can drive strategic partnerships, foster client relationships, and contribute meaningfully to the company’s long-term objectives.

Objectives of this Role:

  1. Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver client projects.
  2. Identify and secure new business opportunities.
  3. Act as the point of contact for stakeholders and clients.

Your Tasks

  1. Develop detailed project plans, define milestones, and allocate resources.
  2. Organise team meetings and track deliverables.
  3. Build strategic partnerships and lead proposal development.
  4. Delivery of engaging presentations and demos.
  5. Handle onboarding and ongoing communication with clients.
  6. Maintain CRM, performance dashboards, and sales pipelines.

Requirements
Required Skills and Qualifications:

  1. Candidates should possess relevant qualifications.
  2. 4+ years in project management or business development.
  3. Excellent communication and multitasking skills.
  4. Familiarity with software/DevOps sales cycles and tools (Jira, Hubspot).

Preferred Skills and Qualifications:

  1. PMP or Agile/Scrum certifications.
  2. Experience in the Nigerian tech ecosystem.
