Job Description

Job Responsibilities

  1. Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
  2. Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
  3. Send proposals and arrange business meetings with prospective clients
  4. Develop sales strategy and onboard new customers
  5. Negotiate deals
  6. Build strong relationships with industry professionals, competitors, vendors and other personnel
  7. Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives
  8. Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines
  9. Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
  10. Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
  11. Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers

Job Requirements

  • BSc/BA in Business Administration, Communication, or relevant field
  • 5+ years proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive or a relevant role
  • Ability to thrive under pressure to meet quota for new business monthly
  • Excellent negotiator with sound technical know-how of the Nigerian market
  • Strong communication skills and IT fluency.
  • Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task
  • Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace and CRM tools
