Job Description

  • We are currently seeking a talented Business Development Manager to join our team and lead strategic initiatives to propel our business forward.

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement business development strategies to drive revenue growth and market expansion in the real estate and property construction sector.
  • Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and market trends to enhance the company’s competitive edge and market presence.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, key stakeholders, and industry partners to drive business development initiatives.
  • Lead the development of strategic proposals, presentations, and pitches to secure new projects and contracts.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on business objectives and strategies.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential growth areas and opportunities for business expansion.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to inform business strategies and decision-making.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
  • 5 years Proven experience in business development, sales, or marketing roles within the real estate and property construction industry.
  • Strong business acumen, strategic thinking, and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and lead cross-functional projects.
  • Proficiency in market research, data analysis, and CRM software.
