Job Description

  1. As a Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in identifying new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth.
  2. You will be responsible for cultivating relationships with potential clients, negotiating contracts, and implementing strategies to enhance the company’s market presence.
  3. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with cross-functional teams and contribute to the overall success and expansion of the organization.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Setting goals and developing plans for the company’s business and revenue expansion and developing strategies to achieve them.
  2. Researching, planning, and actualizing new target market initiatives
  3. Business Strategy Development.
  4. Identifying clients and partnerships- Government and Private sectors.
  5. Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  6. Development and Implementation of the strategy for sales
  7. Pursuing leads and moving them through the sales cycle
  8. Developing proposals for prospective clients.
  9. Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and finance, to align business objectives and deliver exceptional results.
  10. Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and pitches to prospective clients.
  11. Negotiate contracts and agreements, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for the company.
  12. Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and market developments to inform business strategies and decision-making.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in business development, sales, or a related role, preferably within the consulting industry.
  • 4-6 years of Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role within the digital finance Industry.

  9. Self-motivated and proactive with a strong intrapreneurial spirit.
  10. Strong networking skills and the ability to leverage professional networks to identify new business opportunities and establish partnerships.
  11. Ability to create and deliver compelling presentations to clients and stakeholders.
  12. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, Google Workspace and CRM software.
