Job Position: Business Development Manager

Job Location: Lagos

Job Responsibilities

  1. Drive business growth within the company.
  2. Develop a network of contacts to attract new clients.
  3. Research new market opportunities and client’s needs.
  4. Oversee growth projects.
  5. Delivering speeches at various events, showcasing videos, and conducting Q&A sessions as the host
  6. Network with key industry players and relevant government functionaries to create an identification with the company’s brand,
  7. Ensure the development and maintenance of a customer database.
  8. Develop and maintain a strong relationship with key strategic customers.
  9. Following speaking engagements and events, offering outreach services and gathering potential sales leads.
  10. Participating in speaking engagements and events, where the team conducts
  11. Research to identify prospective venues for future product sales or establishes partnerships for new product/solution development.
  12. Emphasizes fostering relationships, partnerships, and forward-looking strategies.
  13. To ensure that the company reputation and quality is maintained at all times to educate clients about the benefits of safety.
  14. Deliver to the Deputy Managing Director a monthly activity by the 24th of each month.
  15. Lead and direct efforts to increase the organization’s visibility and name recognition across the industry and beyond.
  16. Attend relevant Exhibitions & Seminars
  17. Any other duties assigned by management.

Job Requirements

  1. A Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline. A Master’s Degree will be an added advantage
  2. At least 10 years post NYSC experience with a minimum of 3 years experience in a supervisory role.
  3. Previous experience in Process industry / FMCG / Oil and Gas Industry
