Job Position: Business Development Manager

Job Location: Lagos

Job Responsibilities

  • To develop and execute plans and strategies to achieve the company’s set goals and targets in capturing a share of the diffuser and perfume industry.
  • Coordinate and oversee the execution of company operations
  • Ensure efficiency in production processes especially via reduction of wastage
  • Oversee employees and give them constructive feedback and suggestions for improvement
  • Build long-term relationships with all key stakeholders
  • Ensure compliance with regulators, and other regulatory stakeholders
  • Ensure that company has the adequate and suitable resources needed to complete its activitiesand meet set production targets.
  • Collect, research, track and analyse relevant business data
  • Write and present reports with findings and insights.
  • Perform analysis of overall company performance.
  • Manage budgets and forecasts.
  • Ensure timely execution of tasks.
  • Recruit, train, mentor and coach staff.
  • Ensure smooth running of day to day activities.
  • Stock Monitoring and inventory tracking
  • Ensure customer satisfaction, growth and retention strategies are developed and evaluated regularly
  • Drive growth strategy based on client/ market patterns observed
  • Develop strategic goals to increase turnover and profitability of the company
  • Identify organization’s key performance indicators (KPIs), develop project plans to achieve goals, and monitor organization’s performance.
  • Anticipate operational needs and identify growth opportunities. Take the lead shepherding special projects and key initiatives.
  • Create contents, graphics of products for social media marketing.
