Job Position: Business Development Manager

Job Location: Lagos

Job Responsibilities

  1. Pitch the company’sproducts to distributors, retailers and other B2B channel partners including developing and submitting proposals
  2. Devise and implement strategies for driving B2B sales including merchandising activities
  3. Manage relationships with existing distributors, retailers and other B2B channel partners including maintaining inventory records Identify new channel partners and business opportunities leveraging networking, referrals and market research to expand customer base
  4. Any other tasks that may fall due

Job Requirements

  1. Degree or equivalent qualification in Marketing or similar.
  2. Keen interest in beauty and cosmetics industry
  3. Experience in SME
  4. Experience in B2B
  5. A minimum of two years experience gained within beauty or retail in a business development or marketing role
  6. Entrepreneurial mindset
  7. Commercial understanding
  8. Excellent team working and communication skills
  9. Have a flexible, open minded and professional attitude
  10. Extremely well organised with strong planning and prioritising skills
  11. Excellent written and verbal English
  12. A keen eye for detail when it comes to written communications.
