Job Description

  • This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager at an oil & gas industry, with 2-Year initial contract and renewable based on performance.
  • The Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving business growth through identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and developing strategic partnerships.

Job Responsibilities

  • Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, technology, product, and service exhibitions & demonstrations promoting company image and offerings.
  • Submit accurate and thorough business development, sales and activity reports, forecasts, and expense reports to Management.
  • Ensure strict adherence to QHSE policies and procedures and comply with safe work methods as required.
  • Perform any other duty that may be assigned by the MD

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and networking skills
  • Ability to think strategically and creatively to meet business goals
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
  • Understanding & experience of the oil and gas industry is a requisite
  • Minimum of Bsc/ B.Eng. in any relevant field. A master’s degree, MBA or equivalent is a plus.
  • Minimum of 6-8 years’ experience in business development field within the Oil & Gas industry
  • Demonstrable trust-based commercial experience selling services within the Oil & Gas Industry
