Job Position: Business Development Manager
Job Location: Maryland, Lagos
Job Description
- We are recruiting a Business Development Manager who will create and apply an effective sales strategy and formula to grow products and services.
- The overall goal is to drive sustainable growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with our Clients.
Job Responsibilities
- Lead Deal origination on behalf of the company
- Develop a growth strategy focused on both Financial Gain and Clients Satisfaction
- Develop a Workable Strategy to increase partners, Products and Service Expansion.
- Assess performance when it comes to growing the business through client acquisition and sales
- Research and analyze business segments to identify and engage new business opportunities
- Analyze customer patterns to support deal closure
- Identify new product offerings and add value to existing ones to increase sales
- Write proposals to prospective clients
- Follow up on client leads
- Prepare sales contract ensuring adherence to law –established rules and guidelines
- Support due diligence by reviewing submitted materials, identify information gaps and follow up with Clients
- Assist with investment and financial decisions to benefit the company
- Be available for business travel when required.
Job Requirements
Suitable candidate should have:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field
- 3+ years of relevant work experience, experience in Property Investment is desirable
- Proven sales track record and Clients support
- Excellent communication, business writing and presentation skills
- Strong MS Office skills, Excel spreadsheet / PowerPoint / Word skills
- Competency in researching sales leads and presenting pitch documents
- Experience working in a high-growth, startup environment is a plus.
Remuneration
- N2,400,000 (Two Million, Four Hundred Thousand Naira) per Annum plus Sales bonuses to be discussed.
- 20 working days of holidays
- Overseas travel opportunities.
