Job Description

  • As our Business Development Manager, you will play a crucial role in identifying new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and expanding our client base.
  • You will leverage your expertise in business structuring and consulting to develop tailored solutions for clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.

Job Responsibilities

  • Identify emerging market trends and potential clients. Analyze competitor offerings to inform strategic decisions.
  • Develop and implement strategies to acquire new clients in the business consulting and training sectors. -Conduct outreach, attend industry events, and build relationships to generate leads.
  • Foster and maintain strong relationships with existing clients. Understand their evolving needs and position our services accordingly.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create compelling proposals and presentations tailored to client requirements.
  • Represent the firm at industry events, conferences, and seminars to promote our services and enhance our brand presence.
  • Work closely with the consulting and training teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Monitor and report on business development performance metrics, adjusting strategies as needed to meet targets.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or consulting, preferably within the consulting or training sectors.
  • Strong understanding of business structuring and organizational development.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
