Job Position: Business Development Manager
Location: Ogba, Lagos

Job Responsibilities

  1. Identify and pursue new business opportunities in target markets.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and partners.
  3. Develop and execute effective sales and marketing strategies.
  4. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform sales tactics.
  5. Prepare and deliver technical presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
  6. Collaborate with internal teams (technical, logistics, finance) to ensure client satisfaction.
  7. Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  8. Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events.

Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  2. 3+ years of experience in business development or technical sales, preferably in engineering or industrial products.
  3. Strong knowledge of engineering components and technical solutions.
  4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  5. Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts.
  6. Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
  7. Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed.
