Job Description

Job Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the real estate sector.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Conduct market research to understand industry trends and client needs.
  • Create and implement strategic business development plans to achieve company goals.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to promote our services and brand.
  • Prepare and present proposals and presentations to potential clients.
  • Monitor and analyze competitors and market dynamics to inform strategy.
  • Track and report on business development metrics and outcomes.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role in the real estate industry.
  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
