Job Description
- As a Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the company’s growth strategy within the travel sector. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, forging strong partnerships, and expanding our client base.
- The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the travel industry, possess exceptional sales and negotiation skills, and be passionate about delivering unparalleled travel solutions.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic business plans to expand the company’s presence in the travel industry.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities by establishing and nurturing relationships with potential clients, partners, and key stakeholders.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive insights, and areas for growth within the travel sector.
- Create compelling proposals, presentations, and pitches to showcase our services and secure new partnerships.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution and delivery of services to clients.
- Maintain a deep understanding of industry developments, emerging trends, and competitor activities to inform business strategies.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the company.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record of at least 2 years in a business development or sales role within the travel industry.
- Strong network of contacts within the travel sector, including but not limited to airlines, hotels, tour operators, and travel agencies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently, demonstrate initiative, and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant business tools.
- Flexibility to travel as needed.
