Job Description

  1. As a Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the company’s growth strategy within the travel sector. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, forging strong partnerships, and expanding our client base.
  2. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the travel industry, possess exceptional sales and negotiation skills, and be passionate about delivering unparalleled travel solutions.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Develop and implement strategic business plans to expand the company’s presence in the travel industry.
  2. Identify and pursue new business opportunities by establishing and nurturing relationships with potential clients, partners, and key stakeholders.
  3. Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive insights, and areas for growth within the travel sector.
  4. Create compelling proposals, presentations, and pitches to showcase our services and secure new partnerships.
  5. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution and delivery of services to clients.
  6. Maintain a deep understanding of industry developments, emerging trends, and competitor activities to inform business strategies.
  7. Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the company.

Job Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  2. Proven track record of at least 2 years in a business development or sales role within the travel industry.
  3. Strong network of contacts within the travel sector, including but not limited to airlines, hotels, tour operators, and travel agencies.
  4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  5. Ability to work independently, demonstrate initiative, and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
  6. Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant business tools.
  7. Flexibility to travel as needed.
