Job Description

  1. Drive and ensure achievement of monthly and overall given target.
  2. Develop and plan new business expansion initiatives.
  3. Research and development of new business opportunities.
  4. Develop strategic business partnership to drive the achievement of set targets.
  5. Develop relationship management process to drive sustainable business growth.
  6. Ensure profitable and achievable SLAs are agreed with the clients.
  7. Develop and Drive the Retail/E-Commerce/Cash businesses across the various regions with focus on both local and International.
  8. Develop sustainable strategies to meet target audience while increasing bottom line.
  9. Develop a structure for the Express Centre Businesses.
  10. Manage the activities of all staff across the Express centers.
  11. Organize and run periodic trainings for all Direct Sales Agents. Train, Coach, Guide as necessary for optimized performance.
  12. Manage performance of all staff members across the Express Centers.
  13. Liaise with the customer service team to always ensure achievement of positive customer experience.
  14. Work with the team and ensure well-structured proposals are submitted to prospective clients.
  15. Liaise with various departments and ensure all submitted Leads are followed through to closed deals. All Leads must be given equal attention.
  16. Ensure that agreed SLAs are met within budget, time, and specification.
