Job Position: Business Development Manager

Job Location: Abuja (FCT)

Job Responsibilities

  1. Identify new business opportunities – including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, products, and services
  2. Building effective working relationships with community partners such as Psychiatrists, Treatment Centers, and other relevant stakeholders
  3. Establish partnerships with Government, Organized Private Sector, Manufacturing Companies, etc.
  4. Develop a yearly business development plan & strategies for the organization
  5. Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
  6. Study Customer needs to properly direct sales efforts
  7. Have a good understanding of the business’s products and services and be able to advise clients about them
  8. Communicate new product & service developments to prospective clients
  9. Oversee the development of marketing literature
  10. Manage and retain relationships with existing clients
  11. Increase client base
  12. Plan and oversee new marketing initiative
  13. Write business proposals and reports
  14. Draft and review contracts
  15. Create Weekly & Monthly Reports
  16. Analyze Team performance against Set targets and goals
  17. Update relevant logs and meet up with record keeping requirements
  18. Design and develop strategies and plans
  19. Responsible for proposal writing, regularly prepare, review and submit commercial bids and proposals
  20. Prepare and make presentations to prospective clients and network to increase Primly’ visibility.
  21. Participate in conducting market research and analyze activities to ensure that the organization is competitive in the marketplace, on a local and national rating.
  22. Suggest measures for improving customer satisfaction and loyalty
  23. Actively involved in identifying, recommending and generating new business opportunities, managing relationships with tactical partners in line with corporate goals.

Job Requirements

  1. Degree (Marketing or related field) with proven work experience in Business Development Capacity
  2. Minimum of Two (2) years’ experience in business development
  3. Knowledge of the behavioral Health Sector & Health care experience is desirable
  4. A Masters degree is desirable but not essential
  5. Excellent relationship management and business development skills
  6. Market Knowledge
  7. Sales focused and target driven
  8. Outstanding Interpersonal and Communication skills
  9. Excellent Content development and presentation skill
  10. Critical thinker and problem solver
  11. Excellent organizational and Time management skills
  12. Strong work ethics with the target of delivering results.

Salary
N200,000.00 – N350,000.00 / month
