Job Description

  • The Business Development Manager is responsible for identifying and pursuing business opportunities, generating leads, building client relationships, and negotiating contracts.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Research and identify potential business opportunities, partnerships, and new markets.
  2. Generate leads through various prospecting methods.
  3. Build and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing solutions.
  4. Prepare and present proposals, pitches, and presentations to prospective clients.
  5. Negotiate terms and contracts with clients to ensure favorable outcomes.
  6. Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
  7. Collaborate with internal teams to develop strategies for business growth.
  8. Track and analyze sales and business development activities, providing regular reports to management.

Job Requirements

  1. B.Sc Degree / HND.
  2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development or sales.
  3. Strong networking, communication, and negotiation skills.
  4. Professional Certification is an added advantage.
