Job Description
- Our growing company is seeking to hire a business development and sales manager who will be responsible for the financial growth of the company.
- You will be at the front of the company and have the dedication to create and apply an effective business development and sales strategy.
- The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth by boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients.
- You will be in charge of managing organizational sales by developing business plans, meeting planned goals, and coordinating with our marketing department on lead generation.
- In order to succeed in this role, you will need excellent communication skills and the ability to influence existing and prospective clients.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and client satisfaction.
- Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue, and expense controls.
- Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives
- Working with staff members, clients, or agencies to establish and meet project goals, budgets, and timelines.
- Providing expert advice on marketing and advertising methods for new or existing products or services.
- Set and achieve collective and individual financial targets.
- Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.
- Developing strategies to increase buyer interest in products and services.
- Tracking financial goals and reporting results as necessary.
- Overseeing the activities and performance of the business development and sales team.
- Prepare contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines.
- Developing sales team through motivation, counseling, and product knowledge education.
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
- Collecting and analyzing data and presenting it to other parties, including management and clients.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience in planning and implementing business development and sales strategies.
- Experience in customer relationship management.
- Experience managing and directing a sales team.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Dedication to providing great customer service.
