Job Position: Business Development Manager

Job Description

  • We are looking for talented Business Development Manager, who have in-depth knowledge and experience with sales process, excelling at lead generation, relationship building, and closing deals to meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Setting goals and developing plans for business and revenue growth
  2. Researching, planning, and implementing new target market initiatives
  3. Researching prospective target markets
  4. Pursuing leads and moving them through the sales cycle
  5. Developing quotes and proposals for prospective clients
  6. Setting goals for the business development team and developing strategies to meet those goals
  7. Training of business development staff
  8. Attending conferences and industry events.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3-7 years B2B sales experience, preferably in Real Estate
  • Proven track record of setting sales goals, meeting targets, and closing deals.
