Job Description

  • We are looking for an experienced Business Development manager to take over a mix of existing accounts and new sales territory.
  • To excel in this role you should be an active listener, have a compelling sales personality, and a hunger to chase and close new business.


  1. Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.
  2. Planning, overseeing new marketing initiatives and improving sales.
  3. Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities. Developing goals for the development team and business growth and ensuring they are met.
  4. Organize and coordinate operations in ways that ensure maximum productivity.
  5. Supervise the work of employees and provide feedback and counsel to improve efficiency and effectiveness
  6. Maintain relationships with partners/vendors/suppliers.

Job Requirements

  • B.Sc / BA in Business Management, Marketing or related field; MSc/MA will be a plus
  • 5+ years of marketing and sales experience or related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office, databases and information systems
  • Good understanding of research methods and data analysis techniques
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
