Job Description
- To expand our market reach and drive growth, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Managers with a background in medical sales.
- We are looking for Business Development Managers who will play a crucial role in identifying and pursuing and closing new business opportunitiesand partnerships.
- Successful candidates will leverage their industry knowledge and sales expertise to drive revenue growth, build strategic partnerships, and establish MyItura as a leader in the healthcare technology space.
- They will report directly to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and will work closely with the executive team to align business development efforts with the company’s overall strategy.
- This position is based in Lagos but may require travel to meet clients, attend conferences, and engage in business development activities as needed.
Job Responsibilities
The Business Development Manager will be responsible for:
- Identifying and targeting potential clients and partners in the medical industry.
- Negotiating and closing high-value contracts and partnerships.
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers.
- Creating and executing a comprehensive business development strategy.
- Representing MyItura at industry events, conferences, and trade shows
- Identifying and understanding market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to tailor solutions to client requirements.
- Achieving and exceeding sales targets and revenue goals.
- Providing regular reports and updates on business development activities.
- Any other duties assigned.
Job Requirements
The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications:
- At least 5 years of experience and proven track record of success in medical sales, preferably in the healthcare technology sector.
- Strong network of contacts within the medical industry.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Results-driven with a focus on achieving sales targets.
- Strong analytical skills to understand market dynamics and customer needs.
- Adaptability and willingness to embrace a fast-paced startup environment.
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance is a plus.
Salary
- N200,000 – N300,000 monthly.
