Oxen Hr Limited was registered in 2021 with the Care Quality Commission (CQC) to provide Personal Care to both younger and older adults. We care for people with dementia, mental health conditions, and physical disabilities. Our vision is to provide people with high-quality person-centred care. Job Position: Business Development Manager

Job Location: Sangotedo, Lagos

Job Responsibilities

  1. Creating strategies to successfully reach new business opportunities
  2. Identifying new business opportunities and new clients
  3. Building relationships with new clients, gauging their needs and developing proposals to address these needs
  4. Pitching sales and products to new and existing clients
  5. Managing and training a business development team
  6. Maintaining and developing relationships with current clients
  7. Attending conferences and events to build relationships with industry partners and staying up to date with new trends
  8. Creating sales budget and actively working towards reaching them
  9. Possessing a strong understanding of the company’s needs, the competition in the industry and positioning
  10. Collaborating with design and sales teams to ensure that the desired requirements are met.

Job Requirements

  1. B.Sc in Marketing, Accounting, Business Management / Administration or related field.
  2. Strong leadership and time management skill
  3. Technical skills to understand and propose products or solutions by focusing on the client’s requirements
  4. Solid IT skills and knowledge of necessary software applications including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and other statistical analysis software.
  5. A solid understanding of business and marketing principles
  6. The ability to sell ideas, products and services.

Salary
N180,000 – N300,000 Monthly.
