Pats Oven Munchies – Founded in September 2020, Pat’s Oven Munchies (POM) began as a modest home-based bakery with a simple mission — to provide soft, fresh, and honest bread to the community. Over the years, POM has grown into a trusted neighbourhood name, serving over 30 loyal households and small businesses across Isheri North and OPIC, Lagos.

Job Position: Business Development Manager
Locations: Isheri Opic, Berger, Ketu, and Arepo – Lagos

Job Purpose

To synchronise sales operations with in-house production capacity, ensuring customer demand is met efficiently while minimising waste and delays. This role acts as the operational link between field sales and bakery production, enabling data-driven planning, faster fulfilment, and better customer experience.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Sales Planning: Analyse order patterns, customer feedback, and sales trends to project daily/weekly production volumes.
  2. Production Coordination: Liaise with bakers to align production targets with delivery schedules and raw material availability.
  3. Order Management: Maintain a daily log of confirmed orders, special requests, and customer preferences.
  4. Customer Experience: Ensure that orders are fulfilled accurately, and feedback from drivers is used to improve service quality.
  5. Sales Growth Support: Collaborate with the driver/sales officer to onboard new customers, recommend stock levels, and monitor reorder behaviour.
  6. Reporting & Optimisation: Track delivery efficiency, customer churn, and wastage; recommend improvements to streamline the supply chain.

Requirements

  1. 2–3 years of experience in sales operations, supply chain coordination, or FMCG
  2. Basic data analysis/Excel proficiency
  3. Strong communicator who understands both sales and production realities
  4. Organised and solution-driven with a growth mindset

Proposed Salary Range
N90,000 – N110,000 Monthly (with potential bonus for delivery efficiency or upsell metrics).
