Job Description

  1. We are currently looking to hire an experienced Business Development Manager in the Human Resources Consulting Industry with over 20 years in business, who will help us expand our clientele.
  2. You will be at the front of the company and will have the dedication to create and apply an effective sales strategy.
  3. The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth by getting new clients and forging strong relationships with both new and existing ones.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
  2. Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
  3. Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
  4. Promote the company’s services by addressing or predicting clients’ objectives
  5. Prepare services contract ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines
  6. Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices, etc.
  7. Provide trustworthy feedback and after-service support
  8. Build long-term relationships with new and existing clients
  9. Develop entry-level staff into valuable salespeople

Job Requirements

  1. B.Sc / BA in Business Administration or relevant field; M.Sc / MA will be preferred
  2. Minimum of 5 years of cognate experience
  3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  4. Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive, or a relevant role
  5. Proven sales track record
  6. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
  7. Proficiency in English
  8. Market knowledge
  9. Communication and negotiation skills
  10. Ability to build rapport
  11. Time management and planning skills.
