Job Summary

  1. The Business Development Manager will play a pivotal role in driving the company’s growth and expansion.
  2. He/She will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and enhancing the firm’s market presence.
  3. This role requires someone who understands the Nigerian real estate landscape and has a strong network within the industry.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Develop and implement business development strategies to drive sales and revenue growth.
  2. Identify new market opportunities and generate leads through networking, cold calling, and attending industry events.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, property developers, investors, and other stakeholders.
  4. Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to create tailored solutions that meet client needs.
  5. Analyse market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities.
  6. Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients.
  7. Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.

Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
  2. Minimum of 3 years’ experience in business development, sales, or a related role within the real estate sector.
  3. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  5. Strong understanding of the real estate market in Nigeria.
  6. Must reside on the Lagos Mainland (this is a mandatory requirement).
  7. Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work with minimal supervision.
