Job Summary
- The Business Development Manager will play a pivotal role in driving the company’s growth and expansion.
- He/She will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and enhancing the firm’s market presence.
- This role requires someone who understands the Nigerian real estate landscape and has a strong network within the industry.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and implement business development strategies to drive sales and revenue growth.
- Identify new market opportunities and generate leads through networking, cold calling, and attending industry events.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, property developers, investors, and other stakeholders.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to create tailored solutions that meet client needs.
- Analyse market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in business development, sales, or a related role within the real estate sector.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of the real estate market in Nigeria.
- Must reside on the Lagos Mainland (this is a mandatory requirement).
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work with minimal supervision.
