Job Position: Business Development Manager

Job Location: Ikeja, Lagos

Job Responsibilities

  1. Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
  2. Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
  3. Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives
  4. Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to lawestablished rules and guidelines
  5. Provide trustworthy feedback and aftersales support
  6. Build longterm relationships with new and existing customers
  7. Develop entrylevel staff into valuable salespeople
  8. Foster and develop relationships with customers/clients
  9. Understand customer needs and respond effectively to develop and improve the business
  10. Discuss promotional strategy and activities with the marketing department
  11. Keep abreast of trends and changes in the business world.
  12. Help to plan sales campaigns
  13. Create a sales pipeline.

Job Requirements

  1. Candidates should possess B.Sc / BA Degrees in Business Administration, Sales or relevant fields with 3+ years relevant work experience.
  2. Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive or a relevant role
  3. Experience in real estate is a plus
  4. Proven sales track record
  5. Ability to build rapport
  6. Time management and planning skills.

N150,000 Monthly.
