We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Business Development Manager to join our team and contribute to our continued expansion.
Position Summary
The Business Development Manager will play a key role in driving the company’s growth by identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and developing strategies that align with organisational goals.
The ideal candidate will bring at least 6 years of proven experience in business development within a fast-paced, service-oriented environment.
Position Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in target markets.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
- Create and implement strategic business development plans.
- Lead proposal development and client presentations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions that meet client needs.
- Track industry trends and competitor activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in business development, preferably in a consultancy or service-based company.
- Strong understanding of client acquisition and relationship management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Results-driven with a strategic mindset.
Salary
N450,000 – N500,000 / month
