Job Description

  • This is a full-time role for a Business Development Manager at Sunsteel Industries Limited located in Agbara.
  • The Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving top line growth in local and export markets, identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and developing and implementing growth strategies to drive revenue and higher value realization for various existing /new products.

Job Requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated ability to meet sales targets and business development goals
  • Business minded, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in market research and analysis and export sales
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
  • Strong negotiation, planning, networking and presentation skills
  • Available for impromptu and regular travel
  • Minimum of 6 years experience in sales and marketing roles with 3 years in a management role.
