Job Position: Business Development Manager
Location: Abuja
Job Summary
- As a Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth and expanding our market share in the Abuja and Northern Nigeria region.
- You will be responsible for building strong relationships with customers, managing a high-performing sales team, and ensuring the successful execution of our sales strategies.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales plans aligned with company objectives.
- Build and lead a high-performing sales team, providing mentorship and coaching.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand our customer base.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key retailers and distributors.
- Analyse market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
- Achieve sales targets and provide accurate sales forecasts.
- Ensure compliance with company sales policies and procedures.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of successful sales experience in the children’s wear or fashion industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building high-performing sales teams.
- Strong understanding of the Abuja and Northern Nigeria retail landscape.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Proficiency in sales, CRM and reporting tools.
Salary
N6,000,000 – N7,000,000 Annually.
