Job Responsibilities
Partnership Development:

  1. Identify, initiate, and nurture strategic partnerships with industry leaders, associations, and key stakeholders.

Client Acquisition:

  1. Lead the development and execution of comprehensive business development strategies to acquire new clients.
  2. Leverage legal acumen to understand client needs and position Talentsquare’s services as tailored solutions.

Market Analysis:

  1. Conduct thorough market analysis to identify potential business opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
  2. Utilize legal insights to navigate regulatory landscapes and anticipate market challenges.

Relationship Management:

  1. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and industry players.
  2. Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing insights and solutions that align with their business goals.

Proposal Development:

  1. Collaborate with internal teams to develop compelling proposals and presentations for potential clients and partners.
  2. Ensure all proposals adhere to legal and compliance standards.

Negotiation and Contract Management:

  1. Lead negotiations with partners and clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
  2. Oversee the contract management process, collaborating with legal teams to finalize and execute agreements.

Job Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s Degree in Law, Business, or a related field.
  2. Proven experience in business development and partnerships within the consulting or related industry.
  3. Legal background with a strong understanding of legal principles and compliance requirements.
  4. Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  5. Strategic thinking with the ability to analyze market trends and identify growth opportunities.
  6. Results-oriented, with a track record of achieving and exceeding business development targets.
