Job Position: Business Development Manager

Job Description

  1. We are looking for a motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to drive the brand’s business growth and expand the brand’s market presence.
  2. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing and implementing strategic plans to drive sales growth, and building strong relationships with key stakeholders.

Top 3 Specific Goals:

  1. Establish a solid pipeline of B2B customers in the shortest possible time
  2. Understand and help develop/improve current sales/customer acquisition process.
  3. Constantly meeting assigned sales target.

Job Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus. with at least 5 years experience
  2. Proven track record of success in sales and business development.
  3. Strong leadership abilities with a demonstrated ability to build and manage high-performing teams.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively.
  5. Deep knowledge of the Nigerian market, including key players, customers, and market dynamics.
  6. Ability to analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to drive strategic decision-making.
  7. Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
  8. Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
  9. Strong experience with B2B sales and ability to foster relationships with key decision makers on client side.
