Job Position: Business Development/Marketing Manager

Job Location: Mabushi, Abuja (FCT)

Job Responsibilities

  1. Candidate must be ready to generate leads and sales for the Car rental business, follow up on potential customers
  2. Ensuring all vehicles meet daily income targets.
  3. Boost Car rental service and income.
  4. Reach out and canvas for new clientele through outdoor marketing, cold-calling, networking with relevant organizations such as (Non-governmental Organizations, Political Parties, Oil Servicing Companies, Manufacturing Firms etc,)
  5. Prepare and deliver marketing plans within key objectives
  6. Contribute in creating and generating marketing contents and executing marketing campaigns across social media platforms
  7. Consistently develop and execute monthly, quarterly, annual sales plans and targets in alignment with car rental business objectives.
  8. Assess the needs of clients and gather feedback to improve existing products and services
  9. Create positive, long-lasting relationships with current and potential clients, setting up a strategy to find new prospects and sales leads then converting them into paid clients
  10. Attending client meetings and handling emails to clients.

Job Requirements

  1. Minimum of B.Sc/ BA Degree in any field
  2. Must have at least 3 years experience in marketing, sales and business development (Female applicants only).
  3. Ability to work independently with minimum supervision and in a team.
  4. Must have digital marketing and e-commerce management skills.
  5. Must have strong oral and written communication skills.
  6. Excellent Sales track record.
  7. Presentation + Negotiation skills with excellent Leadership skills to motivate and drive a team
  8. Professional and mature attitude towards resolving problems with a behavior competency to build relationships.
  9. Excellent analytical, problem-solving skills and multi-tasking skills.
  10. Must have good knowledge of Abuja and Lagos.

N100,000 – N200,000 Monthly.
