Job Description

Job Responsibilities

  1. Business Development Strategy:Develop and execute comprehensive business development strategies to drive growth and achieve sales targets.
  2. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  3. Prospecting and Lead Generation:Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation activities.
  4. Sales and Marketing:Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute effective marketing campaigns that support business development efforts.
  5. Proposal Development:Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.
  6. Market Analysis:Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
  7. Team Leadership:Lead and mentor a team of sales and marketing professionals, setting clear goals and providing guidance to ensure success.
  8. Sales Reporting: Regularly report on sales performance, pipeline development, and market insights to senior management.

Job Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s Degree (BSc/HND) in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  2. Proven track record of 5-10 years in sales and marketing, with a focus on business development.
  3. Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  4. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  5. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  6. Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant sales tools.
  7. Strong leadership and team management skills.
  8. Results-driven with a passion for exceeding targets.

Salary
N200,000 – N350,000 monthly.
