Job Position: Business Development Manager
Location: Nigeria

Job Responsibilities

  1. Develop and implement business growth strategies to achieve revenue and market share targets.
  2. Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and markets.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners.
  4. Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive activity.
  5. Lead proposal development, pitch presentations, and contract negotiations.
  6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, operations, finance, etc.) to ensure seamless service delivery.
  7. Monitor performance metrics and provide regular business reports to management.
  8. Represent the company at networking events, conferences, and client meetings.

Qualifications

Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor’s / MBA Degree with 4 – 10 years of work experience.

Salary
N400,000 – N600,000 monthly.
