Job Position: Business Development Manager

Job Description

  • To identify and develop new business opportunities which will help the company achieve its strategic and business objectives

 Job Responsibilities
Market Research:

  1. Independent and deep Research in different social networks, groups, channels, and other sources to identify points of interests of our target audience
  2. Stay current on industry trends, landscape changes, and competitor moves in order to surface new potential partnership opportunities.
  3. Develop and implement a market research procedure that will enable the company to identify business opportunities.
  4. Analyses research results and produce reports identifying relevant market trends and recommending appropriate policies and actions to be implemented
  5. Provide a source of expertise to managers and staff in carrying out market research
  6. Maintain an awareness of developments in the field of market research to ensure that the company continues to apply the most effective policies and approaches.

Business Development:

  1. Preparing business offers and commercial proposals
  2. Project planning and estimation
  3. Holding negotiations with clients
  4. Deals closure and successful transition to delivery
  5. Prepare and check all the strategic project calendar for all the company projects that touches most of the company functions and keep a constant track for all dates, actions and deadlines.
  6. Coordinate internal and external resources for the flawless execution of all projects
  7. Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within dedicated budget.
  8. Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
  9. Ensure resource availability and allocation aligned with the company plans for both short term and long terms view and strategy
  10. Develop a detailed and comprehensive project plan to monitor and track progress for all projects aligned with each project leader for each single project as well as other staff members and management.
  11. Measure project performance in all stages staring from creating plans, business cases, implementation and detailed report

Job Requirements

  1. First Degree in Management, Marketing, Social Sciences. MBA or Master’s Degree in a related subject is an added advantage
  2. Any relevant qualification will be an added advantage
  3. Minimum of 4 years’ experience.
  4. Experience as a business development Manager in Multi Sector.
  5. Experience with Market research
  6.  Proven knowledge of Project Management
  7. Proven ability to see opportunity in every challenge
  8. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, written and oral
  9. Sound judgement
  10. Good computer skills: MS Excel, MS Word & Power Point
  11. Well organized with strong time management skills
  12. Respect for diversity and sensitivity to other cultures
