Job Position: Business Development Manager / Business Manager (Real Estate)
Location: Ikoyi, Lagos

Job Responsibilities

  1. Develop and execute marketing strategies to boost brand awareness, lead generation, and tenant acquisition
  2. Identify and secure new business opportunities, partnerships, and growth markets
  3. Oversee property sourcing, setup, branding, furnishing, and conversion to hospitality-grade standards
  4. Manage day-to-day operations, guest services, maintenance, and quality assurance across all properties
  5. Build, train, and oversee a high-performing network of agents and brokers to drive sales
  6. Lead digital and offline campaigns, public relations, and market positioning initiatives
  7. Set revenue targets, forecast sales, and optimise pricing strategies to maximise returns
  8. Recruit, train, and supervise hospitality and support teams, ensuring service standards are met
  9. Implement SOPs, compliance frameworks, and performance tracking systems
  10. Coordinate project rollouts, expansions, and cross-functional initiatives
  11. Ensure budget adherence, cost control, and operational efficiency.

Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s Degree in Estate Management, Business Administration, or related fields (Postgraduate degree an advantage)
  2. Minimum of 12 years’ combined experience in property management, hospitality, and business development/marketing
  3. Proven track record in growing occupancy, managing multi-site assets, and delivering revenue growth
  4. Experience in agent/broker management, brand building, and digital marketing
  5. Strong leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
  6. Business development, sales, and marketing expertise
  7. Property & hospitality operations management
  8. Agent network growth and performance management.
