Job Position: Business Development Marketing Lead

Job Location: Ikate, Lekki, Lagos

Job Description

  1. Lead all aspects of executing online and offline performance-based marketing strategies to continuously generate Customer and Partner leads across all platforms.
  2. Lead the development of companywide content and social media management standards, policies, and rules of engagement.
  3. Lead all companywide Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Related Initiatives across all platforms.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Ensure top organic search ranking positions (SEO) across all platforms.
  2. Create, Manage, regularly review, and optimize Ad campaigns (SEM) across all platforms.
  3. Develop, manage, and optimize marketing campaigns (Email, Newsletters, drip campaigns, loyalty campaigns, etc.) and marketing automation strategy.
  4. Manage Google Analytics to track and measure all marketing campaigns.
  5. Regularly review multi-channel analytics reports (Search, Social, Ads, Email, Website, Mobile, Blog) and recommend optimization action plans.
  6. Conduct regular conversion rate optimization audits to improve conversion rates across the brands’ digital channels and assets.
  7. Mentor and provide training to all staff throughout the organization on best practices for creating, managing, monitoring, and developing content across all platforms.
  8. Build and manage the company’s social media profiles and presence, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels.
  9. Collaborate with designers external influencers and industry experts to build and manage a rich content/editorial calendar that attracts a qualified audience to our owned assets and is consistent with our marketing strategies (including blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, videos, webinars, infographics, etc.).
  10. Ensure that all content across all platforms is compliant with copyright and data protection laws.
  11. Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

  1. A Degree in Marketing or other relevant field.
  2. Minimum of 3 years hands-on experience in a similar role.

  4. Google Ads Search and Display certified.
  5. Social Media Marketing Certified
  6. Google Tag Manager Experience

  10. Proficiency in Marketing Automation Platforms, Microsoft Office Suites, and CRM.

Salary
N350,000 – N450,000 monthly.
