Job Position: Business Development Officer – Facility Management

Job Location: Lagos

Job Description

  1. Develop sustainable relationships with customers.
  2. Provide insight into effective service delivery and competitive positioning.
  3. Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
  4. Collaborate with the bids and proposals unit to determine the most viable, cost-effective approach to pursue new business opportunities
  5. Source for potential business deals by contacting new and existing customers; discovering and exploring opportunities.
  6. Drive commercial viability of Alpha Mead facilities’ product
  7. Drive increased revenue and profit to achieve the company’s growth.
  8. Research competitors and provide suggestions for improvement.
  9. Build referrals and lead generation network.
  10. Prepare presentations to pitch facility services to potential clients
  11. Execute other tasks as directed by the Business Development Manager

Job Requirements

  1. First Degree in Estate Management, Marketing, Business Administration or any other related courses from a reputable institution
  2. Minimum of 2 years of business development experience in real estate or facility management environment
  3. Good knowledge of facility management
  4. Proficient in the use of CRM applications
  5. Ability to communicate effectively expressed both in written and verbal
  6. Good knowledge of Microsoft Applications
  7. Possess an energetic, outgoing, and friendly demeanour.
  8. Excellent leadership skills.
