Job Position: Business Development Officer

Job Location: Lagos

Job Description

  1. We are looking for organized, well-driven marketing and sales executives to assist in the advertising and selling of our company’s services and to create competitive advantages for our company in the market industry.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Researching and developing marketing opportunities and plans, understanding customer requirements, identifying market trends, and suggesting system improvements to achieve the company’s marketing goals.
  2. Maintain excellent customer relationships through superior customer service.
  3. Tracks sales data and works to meet quotas or sales goals.
  4. Collaborate with senior executives to focus, draft, implement growth plans for the acquisition of new business.
  5. Build and maintain a clients relationship database for existing clients, potential clients and referral contacts.
  6. Responsible for all marketing activities from lead generation through contract closing.
  7. Attends trade shows and travels to meet clients as needed.
  8. Create and present regular performance reports to line managers.
  9. Work with the operations team to resolve complaints identified by customers
  10. Carries out daily operational tasks in an effective and timely manner

Job Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  2. A comparable record of sales leadership experience.
  3. At least 3 years of sales working experience.

Required Skills/Abilities:

  1. Thorough understanding of Marketing development, strategies and practices.
  2. Strong analytical, organizational, and creative thinking skills.
  3. High-level communication and networking skills.
  4. Ability to work well under pressure.
  5. The ability to understand and follow company policies and procedures.
  6. Capability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented office environment while being self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to multi-task.
  7. Proficient in Microsoft Office i.e., Outlook, Word, Excel.

Salary 
N100,000 – N150,000 / Month
