Job Position: Business Development Officer

Job Location: Ikoyi, Lagos

Job Responsibilities

  1. Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, networking, and relationship building.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to promote the company’s products and services.
  3. Conduct thorough market analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities for expansion.
  4. Develop and implement effective strategies for meeting sales targets and maximizing revenue growth.
  5. Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
  6. Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to prospective clients, showcasing the company’s products and services.
  7. Negotiate and close deals to achieve sales targets and contribute to the company’s overall profitability.
  8. Monitor and analyze market trends, competitive activities, and consumer behavior to identify opportunities for innovation and growth.
  9. Provide regular updates and reports to the management team on sales performance, market trends, and competitive activities.

Job Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  2. Proven work experience as a Business Development Officer or a similar role, preferably in Telecommunications.
  3. Strong understanding of sales principles, market dynamics, and customer relationship management.
  4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  6. Demonstrated ability to think strategically and implement innovative business development initiatives.
