Job Position: Business Development Officer

Job Location: Surulere, Lagos

Job Description

  1. Manage the day to day marketing activities and long-term marketing strategy and planning for the agency
  2. Meet sales and revenue generation monthly targets
  3. To help International Recruitment Officers meet or exceed agreed targets by customer/brand and account penetration within territory
  4. Responsible for assisting with sales/marketing and advertising campaigns.
  5. Generate reports on marketing and sales metrics
  6. Follow up on a list of leads.
  7. Place phone calls to potential leads.
  8. Retain customers through relationship building and continuous interaction.
  9. Establish contacts with prospective & current customers.
  10. Maintaining and developing relationships with existing as well as new customers in person and via telephone calls.
  11. To generate quality leads that result in sales either individually or via the use of agents.
  12. Build and grow a pipeline of prospects in new business and generating qualified prospects.
  13. Generate new leads and new sales by effectively targeting customer segments with relevant messaging.

Job Requirements

  • First Degree in any field.
  • 6+ months of experience in sales in a Travel agency.
