Job Responsibilities
Operational Responsibilities:
Strategic Alliances:

  1. Identify and establish strategic partnerships with businesses seeking to outsource their HR functions, ensuring a seamless alignment between their objectives and our capabilities.
  2. Developing and sustaining solid relationships with company stakeholders and customers.
  3. Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.

Customized Solutions Architect:

  1. Collaborate with clients to understand their unique HR challenges and architect tailored outsourcing solutions that drive efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and overall business success.
  2. Conducting market research to identify new business opportunities.
  3. Collaborating with company executives to determine the most viable, cost-effective approach to pursue new business opportunities.

Market Pioneer:

  1. Keep a pulse on industry trends, competitor landscapes, and emerging business needs, positioning our firm as the go-to outsourcing partner in HR innovation.
  2. Identify new market opportunities via market research and initiate contact

Client Relationship Cultivator:

  1. Nurture and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor throughout the outsourcing journey, ensuring satisfaction and long-term collaboration.
  2. Meeting with potential investors to present company offerings and negotiate business deals.

Pipeline Orchestrator:

  • Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline, orchestrating the end-to-end business development process from lead generation to contract negotiation and closure.

Job Requirements
To be successful in the role, the candidates should meet the following requirements:
Education:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management or Administration, Marketing, or related field.

Experience:

  • 2 years minimum Experience in Business Development within the Manpower/ Outsourcing industry.
  • Proven experience working as a business development officer or similar role.
  • Proven ability to think strategically, identifying opportunities for business growth and crafting innovative solutions.

Technical Competencies:

  • Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.

  1. Strong business acumen.
  2. Excellent analytical, problem-solving and management skills.
