Job Position: Business Development Officer

Job Location: Lagos

Job Responsibilities

  1. Familiarizing yourself with all products and services offered by Lovonus Microfinance Bank.
  2. Procuring new clients through direct contact, word-of-mouth, and collaboration with the marketing department.
  3. Attending networking activities to research and connect with prospective clients.
  4. Maintaining meaningful relationships with existing clients to ensure that they are retained.
  5. Suggesting upgrades or added products and services that may be of interest to clients.
  6. Crafting business loans and investments to draw in more revenue from clients.
  7. Reviewing clients’ feedback and implementing necessary changes.
  8. Remaining in tune with trends in the industry to ensure that our offerings remain relevant.

Job Requirements

  1. Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or similar.
  2. Good marketing skills and negotiation skills
  3. Intuitive and insightful, particularly regarding human behavior.
  4. Ability to generate revenue by identifying pain points and suggesting suitable products or services.
  5. Professionately affable disposition.
  6. Interpersonal and confident personality
  7. Great networking skills.
  8. Excellent written and verbal communication.
  9. Resourceful, with outstanding research skills.
  10. Previous experience in Banking is an added advantage
  11. Emboldened by challenges.
