Job Location: Lagos

Job Description 

  1. Our preferred Business Development Officer is responsible for developing and executing strategies to increase our sales and profits.
  2. The person is expected to identify profitable business opportunities, secure business wins and sometimes lead teams. The person is expected identify company products and services that are underperforming, developing an in-depth knowledge of company offerings, pricing, and policies, and improving existing sales proposals and should have strong business acumen as well as demonstrate excellent management, communication, and analytical skills.

Job Responsibilities

  1. A sales or business development experience with an academy or training centres will be an advantage.
  2. Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.
  3. The ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  4. Excellent analytical, problem-solving and management skills.
  5. Exceptional negotiation and decision-making skills.
  6. Effective communication skills.
  7. Strong business acumen.
  8. Detail-oriented.

Job Requirements

  1. A First Degree in any Business or Commercial or Social Sciences or Computer Sciences
  2. At least 3 years’ experience in sales and or business development
  3. MS Office, internet, social media proficiency
  4. Should have conducted, coordinated, or facilitated training.
