Job Position: Business Development Officer
Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers
Job Responsibilities
- Conduct market research to identify new and follow up business opportunities for the Firm.
- Collect, monitor feedback and maintain a high degree of client satisfaction
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and partners.
- Support in the development of strategic plans to achieve business growth
- Ensuring that the company meets revenue targets
- Providing training and mentoring to other members of the team
Requirements
- HND/Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1 – 3 proven years of experience in sales, business development, preferably in the HR Services Industry
- Strong Understanding of HR Services and Solutions.
- Ability to work independently and manage work tasks effectively.
- A proactive, result-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrate excellent speaking, writing, presentation and communication skills
- Proximity to Eneka, Port Harcourt.
