Job Position: Business Development Officer
Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers

Job Responsibilities

  1. Conduct market research to identify new and follow up business opportunities for the Firm.
  2. Collect, monitor feedback and maintain a high degree of client satisfaction
  3. Build and maintain relationships with clients and partners.
  4. Support in the development of strategic plans to achieve business growth
  5. Ensuring that the company meets revenue targets
  6. Providing training and mentoring to other members of the team

Requirements

  1. HND/Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  2. 1 – 3 proven years of experience in sales, business development, preferably in the HR Services Industry
  3. Strong Understanding of HR Services and Solutions.
  4. Ability to work independently and manage work tasks effectively.
  5. A proactive, result-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
  6. Demonstrate excellent speaking, writing, presentation and communication skills
  7. Proximity to Eneka, Port Harcourt.
