Job Description

  • We are looking for a skilled Business Development Officer to join our team. You will be responsible for identifying opportunities for business growth, developing strategies to capture them, and generating revenue for our company.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Research potential markets and industries to identify new opportunities for business development.
  2. Analyze market trends and create strategies to capitalize on them.
  3. Develop relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and partners.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement new products, services, and initiatives.
  5. Create and deliver presentations to demonstrate the value and benefits of our offerings.
  6. Set sales targets and develop action plans to achieve them.
  7. Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, referrals, and cold calling.
  8. Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline and meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.
  9. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competition to ensure our company’s ongoing success.

Job Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field with 3-6 years experience
  2. Proven experience in business development or sales.
  3. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  4. Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
  5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  6. Self-motivated and able to work independently.
  7. Familiarity with CRM software and sales reporting tools.
  8. Willingness to travel as needed.
