Job Position: Business Development Officer

Job Description

  • As a leading market player in delivering superior workforce and recruitment solutions in the energy sector of Lagos, Nigeria. We are looking to hire an experienced Business Development Officer to join the team.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Manages the end-to-end bid process.
  2. Perform risk assessments and management throughout the bid process. Addressing the concerns
  3. Manages compliance and renewal of all certifications Department of Petroleum Resources DPR, Nigeria Content Development and Monitoring Board NCDMB, NiPex Portal, etc.
  4. Meeting with potential investors to present company offerings and negotiate business deals.

Job Requirements

  1. Degree in Business Administration or related discipline.
  2. Minimum of 2 years’ experience in bidding, tendering and proposal.
  3. Experience working in the oil/gas- energy sector is mandatory
  4. Excellent industry knowledge and a willingness to keep up with trends.

Competencies Required:

  1. Conducting team briefings once bids have been secured.
  2. Monitoring and reports on overall performance against KPIs.
  3. Ensuring timescales are achieved at each step of the bid process, including all internal governance, while taking the initiative in settling realistic deadlines.
  4. Ensuring timely submission of compliant and commercially sound bids.
