Job Position: Business Development Officer

Job Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers

Job Description 

• We are currently partnering with a key player in the insurance industry to find a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Officer to contribute to the growth and success of their business.

Job Responsibilities

1. Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
2. Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients and key stakeholders.
3. Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscapes, and potential opportunities.
4. Develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and satisfaction.
6. Meet and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators

Job Requirements

1. Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree in relevant fields
2. Proven track record of success in business development within the insurance industry.
3. Strong understanding of insurance products, services, and market dynamics.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and key partners.
6. Self-motivated and results-driven with a focus on exceeding targets.
7. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Job Requirements

1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in business development, preferably within the insurance sector.
2. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
4. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
