We kicked things off over five years ago as the first private outpatient-only mental health service in the country, at a time when most people were still whispering about mental health. Job Position: Business Development Officer
Location: Lagos

Job Summary

The candidate should be a graduate with passion for business development and a track record of achieving corporate goals.

Candidates are expected to drive for opportunities to put the organisation on the lips of the general public and make conversion of prospects into business opportunities.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Prospect for new clients by networking and using other acceptable means of generating interest from potential clients and ultimately converting them into clients.
  2. Identify innovative tactics, corresponding business plans and sustainable operations to drive revenue and volume growth with a bid to grow the business.
  3. Work with a multidisciplinary team alongside doctors, nurses and social workers, psychiatrists and occupational therapists to develop business channels
  4. Engage prospective clients intelligently to help them decide on using our services.
  5. Refer patients, clients or family members to specialists at our facilities.

Requirements and Experience

  1. Minimum of a University Degree and a passion for marketing
  2. 2 – 4 years of work experience
  3. Business Acumen
  4. Strong verbal and written communication skills
  5. Proactive problem-solving approach
  6. Stress tolerance
  7. High level of professionalism
  8. Ability to uphold strict confidentiality.

Required Skills / Competencies:

  1. Ability to convince a potential client, corporate and or private, to use our services.
  2. Social media engagement strategies
  3. Event management
  4. Corporate communication
  5. Ability to develop and convert business opportunities
  6. Ability to generate relevant partnership proposals with support from the clinical team.

Bonus Points If You Have:

  1. Experience working in a healthcare or corporate mental health environment.
  2. A proven track record of managing a small team or coordinating projects.
  3. Public speaking or media engagement experience.
  4. Previous work involving children, adolescents, or gender-focused programs.

Salary
N150,000 Monthly.
