Job Position: Business Development Officer

Job Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers

Job Responsibilities

  1. Drive sales activity through business development efforts with companies or individuals
  2. Identify opportunities, research their requirements, conduct primary research, present proposals, negotiate deals, and close deals
  3. Coordinate activities with other departments such as Project Management and Finance
  4. Develop and implement strategic business plan to achieve revenue growth and margin expansion
  5. Keep abreast of market trends and competitive activities, maintain current knowledge of construction and contracting industry
  6. Assist with rent analysis, rent reviews, and lease renewals
  7. Utilize all business tools and systems, including but not limited to, Procore, CRM, Salesforce, and MailChimp
  8. Maintain accurate and up-to-date personal contact information on prospects, clients, and accounts
  9. Work to make business development efforts efficient and cost-effective
  10. Work closely with the company’s existing customers to develop long-term relationships.

Job Requirements

  • Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree with 4-8 years experience.

Salary
N200,000 – N250,000 / Month.
