Job Position: Business Development Officer
Job Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers
Job Responsibilities
- Drive sales activity through business development efforts with companies or individuals
- Identify opportunities, research their requirements, conduct primary research, present proposals, negotiate deals, and close deals
- Coordinate activities with other departments such as Project Management and Finance
- Develop and implement strategic business plan to achieve revenue growth and margin expansion
- Keep abreast of market trends and competitive activities, maintain current knowledge of construction and contracting industry
- Assist with rent analysis, rent reviews, and lease renewals
- Utilize all business tools and systems, including but not limited to, Procore, CRM, Salesforce, and MailChimp
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date personal contact information on prospects, clients, and accounts
- Work to make business development efforts efficient and cost-effective
- Work closely with the company’s existing customers to develop long-term relationships.
Job Requirements
- Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree with 4-8 years experience.
Salary
N200,000 – N250,000 / Month.
